Gindaco unveils Osaka’s unique okonomiyaki menu , Gindaco, one of the F&B Indonesia-owned brands, continues to innovate and innovate again to serve dishes that will attract gourmets. This time, they present a new menu, namely Okonomiyaki.
Okonomiyaki is a typical Japanese pancake with a savoury and authentic taste of Osaka. This menu will be available at selected Gindaco outlets from 18 January.
“We have introduced okonomiyaki that can be enjoyed with different toppings. Lany Cucu, marketing general manager of F&B ID, said in an official statement that this is also the first step to bring Indonesians to the cherry blossom country throughout 2023.

Gindaco is not a new brand in Indonesia. The brand has been around since 2018, offering a variety of takoyaki with their characteristics and benefits, crispy on the outside but creamy on the inside. This time, Gindaco wants to introduce another authentic taste to its customers with the Okonomiyaki menu.
This dish, which has been popular in Osaka since the 1930s, is shaped like a pancake and is made from a mixture of flour, cabbage and eggs.
It’s not just the takoyaki sauce that gives you the original taste. This menu can be enjoyed with various toppings, including sliced smoked beef, bonito flakes, dried seaweed and mentaiko cheese.
This menu will be available for customers to have on order at a selection of 17 outlets. The price starts at IDR 48,000.
