PermataBank Presents PNBCC

uqwo.com – Encouraging Financial Innovation from Gen Z, PermataBank Presents PNBCC , The high interest of the younger generation in financial management prompted PermataBank to hold the first PermataBank National Business Case Competition (PNBCC). The event, which took place from June 18 to July 21, 2022, aims to improve the quality of human resources, especially Gen Z and young millennials, in managing finances efficiently.


As the inaugural event, this competition managed to attract as many as 137 teams from 50 universities throughout Indonesia. PNBCC itself is part of the PermataBank Campus Ambassador program which has now entered batch 2.


For the PermataBank Campus Ambassador program, PermataBank recruited 20 of the best students from various campuses in Indonesia to participate in a series of six months of training. There are three phases in the training process, namely in-class learning filled with class modules on basic banking education, project management , and opportunities for internships at PermataBank.


PNBCC is in the second phase of PermataBank Campus Ambassador, namely project management . In this phase, the ambassadors have the task of creating a national scale project with the aim of encouraging financial literacy and partnering with the campus community in Indonesia.

Three winners have been selected as the best team in the PermataBank National Business Case Competition-Awarding Night event on July 21, 2022.

With a different case theme, the three teams managed to outperform 137 other teams and become the best among the six finalist teams who have participated in mentoring and judging presentation at the final stage of the competition.


The first winner was won by the Federation Team from the University of Indonesia. Followed by the same university, YOYO Team won second place and LEVEL 3 Team from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) won third place.


Meliza M Rusli, President Director of PermataBank said that his party saw the various creativity and innovations of the participants in thinking about the business opportunity strategies they designed, especially in the banking industry, during the competition .

    “We hope that the competition, which is a follow-up initiative from the #CANTSTOPME campaign , can continue to contribute in providing aspirations for the younger generation of Indonesia to have good financial literacy so that they can together build a better Indonesian nation,” said Meliza as quoted from PermataBank.


    Through PNBCC, as a continuation of PermataME’s #CANTSTOPME campaign, PermataBank tries to engage young people throughout the country to participate in creating innovations in the financial industry, especially the banking world.
